Which makes me wonder, do rec letters from non-premed sorta-science classes count as good rec letters? For instance, a math course or something like an animal behavior course? I might just take an animal behavior course because I'm done with my pre-reqs, wanna raise science gpa, and get a good rec letter. Knowing that the student won't see what was written allows the letter writer to speak more openly/candidly about their performance. Yes.
